We found that our Add-in cannot work on the latest Mac OS (High Sierra 10.13.1). Our outlook version is 15.40. The Add-in cannot be loaded correctly. The Add-in uses AngularJS. It looks the ngview of the AngularJS cannot be run correctly. We don't know how to do further analysis with such error. Do you know if the outlook has a place to see the error like the browser's development mode to see the console information?

Had a client whose Mac outlook 2016 app was repeatedly prompting for password after we enabled two factor authentication for their tenancy. Removing the keychain entries listed in this post was the answer. thanks for the info!
running to this issue with one of the users at my company. I deleted keychain entries that contain anything outlook, microsoft, exchange, as well as deleting the outlook account and recreated. Though I am reluctant to uninstall/reinstall Office, I doubt it will resolve the issue. There must be some recent update(s) causing the keychain and Outlook to break. BTW, user has the latest Office update installed.

I'm trying what worked for you back in September. I went to Contacts>Preferences>Accounts, then highlighted the Google email account CardDAV and unselected the box next to "Enable this account." Is that right? I'm working with importing a large contact list - I imported a file of over 3000 contacts (I know it's not the same as what most people are trying to do here (enter one contact at a time), but the issue of disappearing contacts is the same.) Over a time period of about 20 minutes, (oddly) about 4000 "No Name" cards showed up and then the actual names of my contacts started coming in, but only about 250 of them. I then deleted all the No Names, thinking that would leave room for more of my contacts to load, but nothing more happened. Yes, there are limits to how much data iCloud will allow for contacts (even if you have more space available in your iCloud account). I contacted Apple Support about this last week. I re-produced the issues for them and we captured diagnostics for them to analyse. I received a call back yesterday to say that the engineers are aware of the issue and that I should just keep an eye out for future updates that may include the fix.
